(2) our Management Company will visit you the day after you arrive to make sure everything is perfect with our villa. At that point they will ask for a credit card swipe for a Security Deposit ($300)
Please Note :
A Booking Deposit secures a reservation until 60 days prior to arrival when the full balance is payable.
The Security Deposit is refunded within 21 days of your departure providing no damage or loss is reported by our local management company.
We are happy to accept payment in GBP(£) or USD($) and the booking deposit can be paid by credit card.
Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
We do not allow pets in the villa.
Minimum stay is 3 nights but arrivals can be on any day of the week.
